This course combines both the First Aid at Work and EYFS (full) Paediatric First Aid courses into one course. It is taken in two parts; an e-Learning component and then a two day tutor-led classroom based component. The e-Learning component can be stopped and re-started, so does not have to be sat in one session, but must be completed before the tutor-led classroom day!

About this course

Those who work in a childcare organisation who need to comply with the Health & Safety (First Aid) Regulations 1981 for staff first aid and who also need to comply with the Early Years Foundation Stage requirement for Paediatric First Aiders.

A MGM Training First Aid at Work certificate which complies with the current Health and Safety (First Aid) Regulations 1981
A MGM Training Paediatric First Aid certificate as detailed in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and is therefore the qualification accepted by OFSTED when inspecting registered childcare settings
Both certificates valid for three years from the second tutor-led day.
