Overview
This course provides an examination of some of the most common commercial agreements for commercial practitioners. It is designed to apply this information in a practical way via a number of case studies and drafting exercises. The course will focus on specific contracts dealt with by commercial practitioners and in particular will focus on commercial as well as legal considerations. Updates on relevant changes to the law will also be included where appropriate.
