setting.
It will explain the many different forms of communication and also explore verbal and non verbal communication
Course Content:
During the course you will learn:
Why its important to adapt your style of communication to suit
the clients needs

- Verbal communication
- Non verbal communication
- Use of body language
- Cultural differences
- Hearing / sight loss
We will also cover the way you can communicate with someone who has dementia, problematic behaviour and clients who may self harm.
