Effective communication is possibly the one of the most important skills we can learn. The better we are at communicating, the more successful we are at life. This course has been designed to help people learn what it means to be an effective communicator, to help them develop their speaking skills and to help them improve their interpersonal skills.
The course in made up of six units. These insightful modules have been designed to clearly explain the important aspects of communication and help students to apply these skills in everyday situations. From communicating by telephone and online, to writing efficiently and listening effectively, this communications skills course will help students master the art of communication.

Courses to improve your communication skills, like this one, are predominantly aimed at those with less confidence in their communication abilities. However, this home learning course may also be useful for those who want to help others develop their communication skills.

Study Hours

This is only an approximate figure and is dependant upon how much time you can dedicate to your studies and how well you grasp the learning concepts in the course material. Furthermore, at the end of each lesson there is a question paper that needs to be completed and returned to your tutor. You should allow at least 1 - 2 hours of study to complete each question paper.
