This course will provide an introduction to the fascinating area of Complementary Therapies.
Complementary Therapies treat the whole person rather than specific aspects. On this course you will be introduced to the principals and practices for Complementary Therapies while developing basic skills in specific techniques including reflexology and aromatherapy.
The course is mostly practical and will give you the opportunity to develop your skills within our dedicated beauty salons. To support the development of practical skills and to prepare you for further study or employment, you will also gain a knowledge of anatomy and physiology in relation to Complementary Therapies. This will help establish yourself as a therapist in a range of settings.
The programme also includes studying Maths and English towards GCSE grade A-C if you do not already have these grades.
