General Information

ECDL Part Two is the second stage in achieving the ECDL. This course contains all the learndirect courses that you need to successfully complete the assessment tests of the ECDL Part Two and BCS Level 2 Certificates for IT Users.
The course consists of three elements: the four learndirect courses you need for the ECDL Part Two and the BCS Unit E; the Prepare for ECDL Part Two course; and the five assessment tests for the ECDL Part Two and BCS Level 2 qualification. The four application modules will help you to develop your skills and include regular excercises and assignments to reinforce what you have learned.

On completion of this course you will be able to:

  • Create and work with spreadsheets

  • Work with presentations
  • Use basic internet and e-mail applications
  • Know the purpose/structure/features and test arrangements for ECDL Part Two
  • Prepare and practise skills for the module tests
  • Take the ECDL test for modules 3,4,5 and 6
  • Take the BCS Unit E test
