The Complete Nail Technician

It is the ideal course for students who want to start a business with all nail services on offer and one which will cover all aspects of nails including nail anatomy, physiology, health and safety, client consultations and care, disorders and diseases, basic manicure, spa manicure and other luxury treatments, tip application and blending, overlay of both acrylic and gel on tips and the natural nail, as well as sculptured nails applied with both acrylic and gel, maintenance and removal. We also plan how you are going to make your business work for you as well as many tips on running a successful business.

Students are encouraged to work at their own pace so that every stage of this course is covered in full before moving on to the more advanced technology.

The full course is held over seven weeks, one day per week or we can offer this as an evening class. Students will be expected to practise their skills during in between each session and will be required to do many practical and theory exercises throughout the course.

A kit is required for the course and includes the following:-

• Nail strenghtener, quick dry, base coat & top coat

• Assorted files and white block & grey sanding block
• Nail bonder, white, clear, pink gels and sealant

• Nail oil and 100 gold foils for sculptured nails
• Large professional curing light
• Nail primer, white, clear, pink powder
• Acrylic liquid
