THE COURSE
Will allow the delegate is designed to cover all of the material necessary to take the CompTIA A+ certification exam, as well as providing a sound basis for any individual needing support skills in an IT department. Skills include PC hardware, operating system support and networking concepts. The course includes plenty of practical hands-on exercises to re-enforce learning and prepare delegates for the examinations associated with the course. This course covers all of the material for the A+ 2006 curriculum exams.

PRE-REQUISITES
Delegates should have some experience of using a PC. Disk navigation using Explorer and general desktop use would also be beneficial.
