Who is this for?
This course is for students with an interest in computerised accounts. Some knowledge of double entry bookkeeping would be useful.

What Will I Learn?
You will learn how to use the Sage software to process sales and purchase ledger, banking cash, VAT returns, journal entries and produce a full suite of reports which can be used in the business world.

Content of the Course
This is an ideal introduction to the widely used computerised accounting software - SAGE line 50. The basic terms and techniques of double entry bookkeeping will also show how SAGE can be used to replace or enhance a manual system. The course will cover all aspects of accounting up to and including trial balance. On successful completion of the course you will take a Pitman Computerised Accounting exam at Level 2.(Concessions are available for this course).

Homework is not a requirement of this course

Assessment Details
There is a Pitman level 2 computerised accounts exam at the end of the course.
