A number of training courses, designed by Worldwide Travel Training, are offered that compliment the various fares & ticketing courses, including tour management, resort representative and airline cabin crew.

It researches the airline industry as well as highlights the importance of teamwork and the good old-fashioned Customer Care.

Mode of Study
The course is conducted on full-time and part-time basis.
Course Commencement & Duration
Courses commence every September, January, April & July. Part-time courses ranging in duration from three to ten weeks are available.
All examinations are held at LSM but are marked by the appropriate examination body.
