Introductions all round and an explanation of what we aim to achieve and how this will benefit our spiritual growth and give a stronger connection between the two worlds. Meditation to help us harmonise our energies. We begin this process by leading into a meditation followed by working with coloured ribbons to show how to link in with the aura. How to connect to your own spirit and an explanation of the true you which is shown in your aura. This form of mediumship allows you to experience both physical and emotional conditions from the Spirit world. Working as a group you will be able to bring together the pieces of the puzzle that help us to provide the evidence of survival. - Followed by discussion of our experiences. Andrew firmly believes that bringing laughter into his work helps create the positive energy that attracts the Spirit world so to end our hard days work we'll all have a try at platform mediumship and the way you should (and should not!) communicate from the platform.
