You will need to have successfully completed either the BTECNational Certificate in Building Studies, the GNVQ Advanced inConstruction and Built Environment, A-levels, or a degree (anysubject) plus year two of the BTEC National Certificate or Diplomain Building Studies. Other qualifications and experience may alsobe considered.

You will need to have successfully completed either the BTEC
National Certificate in Building Studies, the GNVQ Advanced in
Construction and Built Environment, A-levels, or a degree (any

in Building Studies. Other qualifications and experience may also
be considered.
How will I be assessed?
Assessment is by coursework and examination. Students also meet
regularly with tutors to help plan studies and to discuss
progress.
What will it cost?
If you are under 19 and a home student, in most circumstances,
you don't pay any fees. However, you will need to find this out
when you apply.
