Good place to learn and explore life, there are things that could be improved and its same no matter which place you go. No place or university is perfect. The kind of support they offer was incredible and their style of communication was also something. I learned everything can be fixed by communicating right.

No compromise in First Root pass grind after wards visual checks no wholes or any defect like porosity etc and than ready for capping, if you are confident enough do first root pass with TIG welding and capping with Stick other wise MMA can also do for root pass but make sure no any defects.
