The course is designed for those working in a wide range of care settings. It
introduces understanding of how confusion affects the person, focusing on how acute and chronic confusion manifests itself and how to manage it in a person centred way.
Staff who work in settings where their service users are confused in their behaviour and /or show disorientation in time, place or person.
