Find out how stress can affect your life and how you can really cope with it
Many people think that relaxation is the best way to combat stress. In reality relaxation is useful but only one tool (and maybe not the most effective one) for dealing with the stress you experience.
These workshops are aimed at people who want to understand why stress can overtake even the hardiest of people and signal the beginning of major family and health problems.
They are designed to teach you how to take control of your stress and explore the variety of coping strategies which you might need to do it.
