The trousers are the woman who at home or in the factory waits for the making of trousers, an item of clothing worn on the lower part of the body, where the two legs are covered separately. They are part of both men's and women's clothing, usually with some design differences. It owes its name to that of the character of the Commedia dell'arte, Pantalone, whose costume wears these typical long culottes. They open in the middle at the front or sides with a zipper or buttons. The modern trousers will be adopted around 1850 under the nickname of "chimney". They have not evolved much, except on the details, such as the addition of the back side under the impulse of Edward VII of the United Kingdom in 1911. It is the sport that will popularize their wearing in the female environment. Pants are often formed with a zipper closure or with buttons, located on the front. They can also be closed at the hips through a stitch, a piece of fabric that attaches to the waist with buttons. Finally, some pants are held in place with an elastic at the hip. This is the case with sports trousers, such as jogging. Most of the trousers have a belt loop, in order to be able to put on a belt.
