The course was excellent, only 4 students to very enthusiastic and thorough teaching. The atmosphere was very relaxed and fun, we were all invited to be very open about our opinions.
I will definitely use what I have learnt.

Kim from cottage training centre is very nice, professional, extremely experienced and a very good communicator and teacher, well worth going to! I have done swedish body and indian head so far, and soon to do hopi ear candles, they have all been enjoyable and once I have more customers will have been cost effective! I am using what I have learnt already.

Did my makeup course as part of my level 2 at the cottage training centre ancd have found Kim at the cottage very professional, helpful, friendly and a very easy learning experience in a lovely atmospere, make by jane arndele and is an excellent product with a days training from Steve one of Janes makeup artist.

excellent make up to begin to learn how to work with. Jane Iredale products are unique and their mineral products make them extremely easy to work with once you know.
Course instruction very useful as well as time to practice. Each product was explained fully.
Very good value for money and extremely useful to have the make up products to start you off.

Having already attended two modules of my VTCT L2 course at The Cottage Training Centre, my expectations were that the Airbrush Tanning course would be as qualitative, informative, practically based and enjoyable as my last. I was not disappointed. I came away from the day feeling really positive that I had the tools and information to be successful in this area of the industry. The Trainer, Kim Sexton, packs the day full with the right amount of theory vs practical experience, encourages you to question and makes the day really enjoyable. The Trainer always responds quickly and thoroughly to emails and phone calls, the after-training support is great. Good value for money, I will be using the Cottage Training Centre for other courses also in the future.

History
I opened the Cottage training centre in 2004 after teaching in further education colleges for many years. I also run a salon. My previous experience enables me to understand the needs of busy people wishing to progress in the field of beauty, massage and holistic therapies. My courses are intensive and fast track but with very small classes this is achievable as you receive almost 1-1 tuition. I am based in Hythe, Southampton in the high street right by the sea so it is a very nice learning environment.

Description
Professional private college offering VTCT certificated courses in all fields of beauty, massage and holistic therapies. I also offer many one day workshops to enhance or add new skills such as brazilian waxing, spray tanning, deep tissue massage, hands free massage, lash extensions, special occasion hair styling, bridal make-up and hot stone massage. I have been established since 2004 and focus on small groups and a friendly learning environment. All equipment and products are provided for your training and I am happy to help you with any other industry related queries you may have.
