What I would highlight: I have just graduated from ICI this year with an Advanced Diploma of Counselling & Psychology, 11 months after first enrolling into the course. As I reflect back on my experience with ICI, I can honestly say that it was a truly positive experience every step of the way. As a student I received impeccable service from the students services department and my tutor each and every time I made a request.
      What could be improved: Nothing.

What I would highlight: Having come from a background in the export industry, which has nothing to do with counselling, I found that the material was easy to comprehend. This course has also sparked a big interest in the profession which has led me to read further on the subjects on a personal and professional level. I am now in the process of establishing my own private counselling practice. The experience has been a valuable one which has given me valuable knowledge and confidence. I am excited about the new direction I am taking in my life!
