• NLP in counseling: linguistic filters, metamodels and persuasion according to the Milton Model, generalizations, deletions and deformations, how to establish rapport through the metamodel, the tracing and the guide and how to practice them, a 4-step success model.
• Problem solving: problem solving steps, ABC technique, TOTE model, persuader strategy, anchors and self-anchoring.
