Course programme
Learn counselling skills to help and support others either in a voluntary or employed capacity.
Assessment Details
External Assessment in the form of a written exam and Internal Assessment in the form of a portfolio.
Teaching Methods
Whole group discussion, small groupwork, pairwork and work in triads.

If you are unemployed and claiming Job Seekers Allowance/Employment Support Allowance or Universal Credit.
Unemployed and in receipt of a means tested benefit and wish to upskill to enter employment. (You will need to complete a self-declaration form).
Employed but seeking employment.
If you are employed but earn less than £15736.50.
It is your first level 2 or Level 3 qualification and you are aged 19-23.
