Project management processes used to manage construction projects How to plan a project including the development of a Work Breakdown Structure A basic understanding of Critical Path concepts, including how the forward and backward pass calculate Early Dates, Late Dates, the Critical Path and Float Experience in using project planning and scheduling software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera P6, etc. would be beneficial but not essential
