Level 2 Wisemore Campus / Workplace 15-24 months

An integrated programme providing an opportunity to follow a programme of study designed specifically to meet the needs of the creative and cultural sectors and is ideal for those with an interest in the creative and cultural industries who have the motivation, discipline and enthusiasm to succeed. The programme has several routes to be chosen from: Music Business, Cultural and Heritage Venue Operations, Live Events and promotions, Technical Theatre, Costume and Wardrobe or Community Arts.

The selection process will include a basic Initial Assessment and an interview during which your suitability, commitment and interest for the programme will be determined. To be accepted onto the programme you will need to achieve Literacy and Numeracy at a minimum of Level 1 and it is preferable that you have GCSE grades A - C in Maths and English. The suitability of your employer will be determined before you are accepted onto the programme. Your employer will need to demonstrate that they have the necessary Health and Safety arrangements in place to satisfy legislative requirements, and that they are able to provide you with the full range of work to successfully complete the Apprenticeship framework. If you do not have an offer of employment we may be able to assist you, however this can not be guaranteed as demand for Apprenticeship places are high.

Progression
Higher level qualifications for example, NVQs, HNCs, HNDs in the chosen area; Foundation degrees in the Creative and Cultural sectors; BA Honours Degrees in Creative and Cultural subjects.
