Course programme
Free Fall Writing as Creative Therapy
This 2-day workshop is for participants who would like to learn a Gestalt based approach to creative writing. It is also for those who are interested in using writing in a therapeutic way or setting.
The themes covered will include Free Fall writing as a technique to write through "writer's block"; autobiographical writing; projection as creative discovery, secrets, metaphors & poetry as medicine.
The workshop is predominantly practical, with writing and sharing forming the main activity. There will also be some brief theoretical discussions to explain the rationale behind the exercises.
