Learn how to bake and decorate beautiful cupcakes! The workshop will begin with a demonstration on how to make the perfect flat moist cupcakes ready to decorate.(some courses will include you making your own). You will learn how to make flowers using flowerpaste, including handmade roses. You will also be shown lots of techniques including colouring pastes, icings and frostings, how to properly flat ice your cakes using a couple of different techniques and also how to frost. You will also be shown how to use sugarcraft tools to make beautiful decorations to finally decorate a dozen cupcakes to take home.
