CYQ L2 Health Related Exercise for Children

Course review:

No previous experience needed to attend this 3 day qualification in Children’s group fun classes. A great way to improve our children’s health while they having fun. Why not set up your own classes at Schools, halls and other local venues? This practical based course with give you the skills needed to plan, teach and evaluate sessions for children aged 5 – 16 years. It could be circuits, ball games, aerobics or just plain fun and games there are no limits to the possibilities.

You may even want to go on to learn to teach adults too.

This 3 day course will open up opportunities within the exciting field of teaching fun exercise to children.

This qualification will allow you to conduct and evaluate a health-related exercise session for children. The certificate is for anyone who may have experience working with children or has some experience in delivering exercise programmes and wishes to develop their skills. This course includes 6 weeks A&P distance learning prior to commencement.
