2. Course description The course uses movement to music to help improve and maintain general health and well-being both physically and mentally - improving fitness, memory and confidence. This terms we will be focusing on mobility and flexibility - knees bent, arms stretch ra ra ra. Guidance is also given about using the routines to exercise outside of the learning environment.
