Practical experience and ideally an ISTD qualification in the relevant dance genre(s) to a minimum level of Grade 6/Intermediate Foundation. An Intermediate qualification of another recognised awa 4. Equipment required No equipment required 5. Assessment method Assessment techniques are designed to assess each unit of the qualification in an appropriate manner. Unit 1: Tutor-assessed lesson observations Unit 2: Tutor-assessed task completion and 1 hour external exam assessed by an ISTD marker Units 3/4: Practical exams assessed by an ISTD Examiner
