Dance (Top Up) - BA (Hons)

During this course the following subjects will be covered: Studio Practice (Contemporary Technique) Alternative Dance Practice Choreography Creativity and Critical Appraisal Negotiated Dissertation There is an emphasis on learning through practice. Lecture programmes will support the more theoretical units, as well as group work and independent research. Tutorial support will be provided and on-line resources will be used throughout the course. This course will build on your technical and theoretical knowledge of dance along with skills associated with higher level study such as academic writing, the ability to research and problem solve.
