The principal aim of this course is to equip you with the skills and confidence to handle an audience and the media in a potentially hostile situation. You will gain valuable insights from media and presentation professionals into audience and media expectations and will be given a framework for planning and preparing. You will gain practical experience of dealing with a hostile situation using real material or relevant scenarios. Presentations and interviews are videoed and delegates will receive immediate constructive critical feedback on content and presentation.
