Decorative Glass Intermediate (SCQF level 4)

The College has developed this range of creative workshops to inspire individuals in later life to start something new or further develop their own creative journey. The workshops are delivered in aninformal and supportive way by our highly experienced staff who are artists, photographers, designers and makers. So why not take this opportunity to meet and learn with like minded individuals in a friendly and creative atmosphere… this is the time to be inspired!During this course you will develop and build upon the basic techniques taught on the beginners Decorative Glass class. During your time in the fully equipped workshop you will be encouraged by your experienced tutor to develop your existing skills and knowledge on glass. You will design and produce your own objects exploring a range of intermediate techniques including fusing with reactive glass and inclusions, stack fusing, flamework and texture mould making.
