Delivering Effective Appraisals

What you need to know
How will I study?

You will learn how to plan for appraisals effectively, carry them out using a consultative approach, negotiating and agreeing performance, PRP if applicable, targets and career development. You will explore the ratio of speaking and listening and how to communicate effectively.
How will I be taught?

You will work in a group setting with your peers, either within your workplace or here at the College with employees of other organisations. The trainer works in a consultative way, facilitating learning.
How will I be assessed?

Ongoing assessment of understanding, knowledge and learning throughout the course.
