The Department of Management was formed in 2006 by uniting four management-related academic groups at the School into a single department. These academic groups are: * Employment Relations and Organisational Behaviour * Information Systems and Innovation * Managerial Economics and Strategy * Operational ResearchWe have been growing rapidly since our formation and have ambitious plans to expand further in terms of faculty and student numbers over the coming years.Our objective is to be the premier management department in Europe and one of the top departments in the world in both teaching and research.We produce research of world-class quality and deliver programmes that reflect the breadth of LSE’s knowledge to carefully selected students from all over the world.
