Prerequisites
Delegates should have attended course 1560.
Updating Support Skills from MicrosoftWindows NT 4.0 to Microsoft Windows 2000 or course 2154.
Implementing and Administering Microsoft Windows 2000 Directory Services or have equivalent working knowledge. Delegates should also have attended course 1572 Implementing and Managing Microsoft Exchange 2000 and have a working knowledge of networking; including TCP/IP, DNS and Internet Information Services. Delegates should also have a working knowledge of Internet protocols including POP3 or IMAP4, SMTP, HTTP and NNTP.
