Prerequisites
Course 803- Administering Microsoft Windows NT 4.0.
Course 922- Supporting Microsoft Windows NT 4.0 Core Technologies.
Course 1560- Updating Support Skills from Microsoft Windows NT 4.0 to Microsoft Windows 2000.
Course 2270- Updating Support Skills from Microsoft Windows NT 4.0 to the Microsfot Windows .NET Server Family or have equivalent knowledge skills. Students must also have a thorough understanding of DNS, DHCP and WINS.
