Programme outline

As an introduction to individual (or group) coaching sessions, this interactive workshop is designed to explore the concepts and principles involved in using a Team Management Profile (TMP). The specific TMP that we shall be working with is one of the world's most widely used and respected profiling systems for developing personal potential.

During this two-hour session, we will examine the:
- History and development of the Team Management Profile
- Framework for different types of work
- Concept of preferences at work
- TMP questionnaire and how roles are identified
- Content of the Team Management Profile reports

No prior qualifications required for the course.
