Devon Academy of Performing Arts is an exciting, revolutionary new centre for the training of Actors, Dancers, Musical Theatre performers and Production Artists.
Our specialist training and facilities provide a post 16 Arts educational experience unlike anything in the Southwest. We provide high quality professional and academic training for 16-19 year olds preparing for higher education and a lasting career in the arts.
At the academy you can study a range of full and part time courses in Performance and Production. These include BTEC Diplomas and the new Extended Diploma as well as traditional AS / A Level qualifications.
All students are offered the best guidance and support to further their training and careers, whether though audition preparation or real industry work experience. Career development is central to the students' learning on the course. The staff have extensive professional experience and students can enjoy access to facilities and resources of the highest quality.
