More and more people are considering the effect diet and exercise have on their overall health. The World Health Organization (WHO) has linked obesity with a nine-year reduction in life expectancy. This is extremely worrying, especially for those people who face weight problems. About Diet, Exercise & Fitness Throughout this diet, exercie and fitness course the student will receive all the information they require in order to be able to implement the changes that need to be made in order to follow a healthier lifestyle for themselves or for their clients. The aim of this course is to give students the necessary knowledge to embark on a career within the health and fitness industry or simply to improve their own lifestyle.

This is only an approximate figure and is dependant upon how much time you can dedicate to your studies and how well you grasp the learning concepts in the course material. Furthermore, at the end of each lesson there is a question paper that needs to be completed and returned to your tutor. You should allow at least 1 - 2 hours of study to complete each question paper.
The approximate amount of time required to complete the course is: 120 hrs.
