We are an experienced group of trainers, consultants and executive coaches, and we have legally qualified associates. We have considerable experience in relation to the implementation of Information Governance, including the Freedom of Information Act 2000, the Data Protection Act 1998, the Environmental Information Regulations, Caldicott Guardian Training, Confidentiality, Information Security, Senior Information Risk Owner and Information Asset Owner training as well as all aspects of Information Governance and Information Sharing. Our SIRO training is recognised by Connecting for Health to meet the requirements of the Toolkit, and many of our courses are accredited by other bodies e.g. the Royal College of Surgeons (Edinburgh), NHS Education for Scotland and we have ODLQC New Provider status. We work with many departments, public and private sector bodies and agencies in providing services across a wide spectrum. Consultancy, training, seminars, workshops and briefings are all provided and we use e-learning tools. The experienced associates, trainers and facilitators who work with the directors all have a background in the public and private sectors.
