Our Diploma in Art & Design at our Epsom campus gives you the opportunity to study within a university environment from the age of 16 or 17. As an equivalent to AS-Levels, and designed to be taken after GCSEs or a Level 2 Diploma, our course offers you a comprehensive and creative introduction to art and design.

About this course

Our Diploma in Art & Design allows you to experience a broad range of art and design activities, enabling you to develop your skills and identify a direction for further study and career progression.

With most students choosing to progress on to our Diploma in Art & Design – Foundation Studies course, you’ll have access to the industry-standard facilities of a specialist creative university and the support of lecturers who are professional designers, artists and researchers.

While studying for the diploma, you’ll be on campus for at least three days a week, working in a dedicated studio space. If you’re studying English and/or Maths as part of your programme you’ll be attending for longer.
