The Diploma of Higher Education in Digital Film Making offers a practice-based programme towards a potential career in the creative industries as one of the next generation of film makers, and provides a direct pathway to the full BA/BSc (Hons) Digital Film Making.

Ideal for the creative or technical enthusiast with ambitions to go professional who does not yet meet the requirements for straight entry into the degree, or with a shorter period of time available, this course gives an understanding of industry requirements and a sound preparation for dynamic film-making.

The course is identical in content to the first five modules of the Digital Film Making degree and provides the theoretical foundations and practical experience to develop advanced and professional film-making work in a digital world.

Upon successful completion of the Diploma of Higher Education, you may be eligible to continue your studies for a further 8 months and study towards a BA/BSc (Hons) degree in Digital Film Making.
