About this course

You will need 5 GCSE at A-C including IT and/or merit at BTEC Level 2 Diploma in IT. After completion of the year 1 Level 3 subsidiary diploma, a decision will be made regarding the progression to Level 3 diploma.

What will I study on the course?

You will study in your first year units such as computer systems, advanced spread sheet skills, database, web design and digital graphics. The second year will focus on programming, advanced multimedia skills, communication and networking and advanced software development skills.
