The Level 2 Diploma course consist of 46 credits, a combination on mandatory and optional units. Mandatory units must be completed as they form a major part of the skills needed to work competently within the sector. All places are subject to satisfactory interview. A majority of training is provided in the workplace. However, the college will require all learners to attend college-based sessions to complete theory tasks and tests. The units within the Level 2 Diploma will be assessed by observation. However, all units have a requirement to provide knowledge evidence.
