You should have a relevant Level 2 Qualification. You will progress through our selection procedure which consists of an initial assessment and interview.

Course programme

What will I study on the course?

You will study construction industry regulations and safe working practices, how to set out and manufacture complicated joinery, organisation, planning and programming work activities, safe use of woodworking machines and workplace safety. Ideal if you would like to further develop both the skills and knowledge as a joiner.

Additional information

The course is delivered over one day per week for one year. The main enrolment period for this course is in September but there will also be the opportunity to start the course at other times if places are available.
