Course programme

Directions will help you to gain a level 1 qualification in preparation for education and employment and will also help you to improve your English and maths.

You will have the opportunity to gain valuable work experience alongside your studying in a vocational area of your interest.

However, this course is very flexible and tailored to suit you, for example, you may choose to attend St Helens College two to three days per week or, you may prefer to have a work placement two and a half days per week with half a day in St Helens College helping you to improve your English and maths. Either way, your key-worker will be there to help and support you from start to finish.

Directions has start dates throughout the year.
