Featuring speakers Brian Edlin and Hugh Harvie, the two evening sessions will visit two venues in Northern Ireland.
The team-focused lectures will the H Factor - human nature - and will explore why it may not be possible to keep all of our patients happy all of the time. These presentations are designed to help all members of the team identify difficult patients in advance, in order to adopt techniques and practices to assist them in proactive, as well as reactive, management. The session will also explore the ethical standards expected by the GDC, and provide examples of situations where litigation could have been avoided.
