Areas of specialisation

Discovery Learning specialises in Advanced Personal Training skills, such as functional training, advanced sports performance and posture correction. We are also specialists in Weight Management and Nutrition, as we are the only company delivering the level 4 Obesity Management Qualification. We also have a programme called Alive N' Kicking and Fit Fans which focuses on delivering Childhood and Adult Obesity Prevention and Treatment Stratergies to Local Authorities. This means we are actually delivering what we preach and have up to date practical experience with Weight Management.
