I have thoroughly enjoyed the course although I have doubts at the beginning. I can say I have learnt more in the last 12 months than working in this field the last four years! The content of the course opened my eyes to stakeholder management and how strategic is to apply strategic direction to political leaders and senior officers.

This course was very informative. I think it is more for a qualified counsellor or someone who is doing some kind of training to become a counsellor. I enjoyed all the tasks. The final exam was more towards the basic counselling skills and methods rather than relationships.
