Learning Outcomes
At the conclusion of the course delegates will be able to: -

  • Identify the skills required in order to undertake their designated duties.
  • Confidently scrutinise identity/verification documents.
  • Deal with the investigation process as it applies to them
  • Examine documents using magnifying glasses and UV equipment to determine authenticity.
  • Understand how to verify documents, such as Driving Licences, by understanding the codes contained within such documents.
