The tutor has been fantastic, really supportive. She maked sure that the workshops are pitched at the right level so that we get it and then steers us in the right direction to get a better understanding.

What I would highlight:
DPG's team was fast responding my initial questions. But I found a helpful actittude on everyone, especially the coordinators. It is an alternative for those who do not have enough time to go to classes but want to learn more about this demanding field.

The DPG facilitator I have been working with is excellent, feedback is given promptly, there are no problems with emailing her, she is helpful and considerate of my needs. Joss is more than happy to hang on at the end of our course to answer your questions. Great teaching staff, thank you!!

What I would highlight:
Excellent materials and delivery but the administration of submitting assignments and receiving feedback did not always go smoothly, not sure if it was only me though as some colleagues had no trouble. I would recommend the course to anyone willing to have a good educational experience.

What I would highlight:
Almost the entire weighting of this 'excellent' rating is due to Helen Bailey, the facilitator of our course. She is an absolute one-off and you ought to guard her as a major asset before she gets snapped up by someone else. I also feel the service received from DPG has been excellent. Highly recommended.

Gone to CIPD Course in 2012/2013. Course coach (Ann Burton superb), area decision for course (Warrington) brilliant, course materials were great, extremely understandable and simple to proceed. Extremely helpful.

My facilitator Duncan has been brilliant, his knowledge was outstanding. Found the moduls highly specialized on the area, the classes were easy to follow too and the materials gave you great examples of how to solve problems.
