Course programme
This classroom based, 7 hour course, is designed to support drivers to be more aware of the importance of developing and maintaining working relationships.
It is easy to forget that the people we work with are the biggest influence in getting things done. The ability to work together and to pull on our own abilites to encourage, support and recognise others for their worth, is becoming an increasingly important ‘work-skill’.
During this very interactive session, attendees will be given the opportunity to discover and practice techniques that support good working relationships.
While attending this course your trainer will encourage you to participate in discussions and exercises that will reinforce your existing knowledge, and present new and updated information for you to consider and implement throughout your working day. Your trainer will support you to gain as much from the day as possible and to ensure that you are developing and achieving your full potential.
